A Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Ⅰ And Female Infection Of High-risk Human Papillomavirus On Deficiency Of Spleen-qi Syndrome By Tablet Of Tai Nuo Qing Gynecology Leucorrhea

Background: Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN in brief) is closely connected with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix(early cervical dysplasia). The persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus is the chief etiology of cervical cancer. The infection by HPV of female is temporary, virus can be cleared in seven to twelve months. The treatment principle of CIN is that the patients who has CIN I can be observed or treated by physical method. But now there are not certain remedy for treating HPV.In the traditional Chinese medical books the women who has added secretion, with abnormal color, texture, odor can be diagnose as morbid leukorrhea disease of leukorrhea. In clinic, the most common syndromes are deficiency of spleen-qi syndrome and damp-heat syndrome.Objective: In our research, we study the patients who were with CIN I and infection by high-risk human papillomavirus, at the same time with the deficiency of spleen-qi Syndrome. Compared with the symptoms and signs,the change of colposcope pictures,the vary levels of HC₂ at the beginning to the end of the treatment and the change of pathology examine with cervical, summary the curative effect and safety of treating with chinese traditional medicine to CINI, and note down the time for clearing the HPV. We try to offer another method to treat the CINI, shorten the time for clearing the HPV, and the patients will be easier to accept.Method: During 2005 to November 2006, a total of 40 women according with the diagnostic standards were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group is Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the other one is the blank control group. Then we compared the symptoms and signs,the cytological test (liquid-based Thinprep cytology), the change of colposcope pictures and the vary levels of HC₂ at the beginning to the end of the treatment. We try to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the tablet of "Tai nuo qing gynecology leucorrhea" in a objective way, and summarize the time how long would the HPV change negative.Result: It is strongly believed that tablet of "Tai nuo qing gynecology leucorrhea" could be applied to cure the patients who has CIN I and high-risk human papillomavirus infection probing on deficiency of spleen-qi Syndrome. It is also strongly believed that tablet of "Tai nuo qing gynecology leucorrhea" could improve the patients' symptoms and signs, could amend the cervical local pathological position, could effectively decrease the Reid mark of colposcope, shorten the time of the HPV been change negative, And the therapeutic effect of the tablet could be proved in the change of cytological test(liquid-based Thinprep cytology) and the pathological report. The treatment could be affirmative, effective and safe.
