Background HPV is a kind of double-stranded closed loop virus that specifically infects human skin and mucosa. It has strong epitheliophilic, highly tissue-specific and host-specific characteristics. There is no cross-infection between species.Current studies have shown that HPV is closely related to a variety of cervical lesions. The relationship between HPV and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer is more clearly understood. In different areas, the incidence of cervical lesions and the types of HPV infection are different. With the study of HPV vaccine, specific prevention of HPV types in a specific area is of great significance to the prevention of cervical lesions, especially cervical cancer.Based on this,we studied the types of cervical lesions and HPV infection in Pingdingshan District,Henan Province,in order to provide some data support for the prevention of high-risk cervical lesions caused by HPV and HPV in this area. Objective To analyze the human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and genotyping of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer in Pingdingshan area of Henan Province, and to study the effect of HPV infection on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer,in order to develop cervical cancer in Pingdingshan area.Screening, prevention strategies, and design optimization provide guidance for cervical cancer vaccines in Pingdingshan. Methods A retrospective analysis of 5308 patients who underwent cervical HPV testing at the outpatient and inpatient clinics of two top three hospitals in Pingdingshan from June 2013to June 2017,of which 1351 patients underwent cervical biopsy, according to patient biopsy results The types of cervical lesions reflected were divided into Control group(Cervical without CIN and cancer),CIN?,cervical CIN?~+ and cervical cancer group(hereinafter referred to as four groups).Analysis of HPV infection in four groups of patients. Results 1.The average age of Control group was(38.25±12.34)years,CIN? was(38.67±10.64)years,CIN?~+ was(39.74±12.53)years,cervical cancer group was(56.72±12.72)years.The average age of cervical cancer group was compared with Control group,CIN? and CIN?~+ group. There was statistical difference in the average age of patients(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the average age of Control group,CIN? group and High-grade intraepithelial neoplasia(P > 0.05).2.HPV infection rate:the HPV infection rate of CIN?~+ and cervical cancer group was higher than that of Control group and CIN?(P<0.05),but there was no statistical comparison between CIN?~+ and HPV infection rate in cervical cancer group difference(P>0.05).3.High-risk HPV infection rate: the high-risk HPV infection rate was higher in CIN?~+,cervical cancer group than in cervical cytology normal group and CIN? group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between CIN?~+and cervical cancer group high-risk HPV infection(P>0.05).4.Common HPV infection types: the infection rates of cervical cytology normal group,CIN?,CIN?~+ and cervical cancer group were 2.12%,5.98%,6.11%,and 5.97%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rates of HPV in subtypes of CIN?,CIN II+ and cervical cancer were higher than those in normal cervical cytology. The infection rate of HPV in subtypes of CIN?~+ was slightly higher than that in cervical cancer group, but HPV in cervical cancer group The subtype infection rate was higher than that of the CIN?~+ and the CIN?.5.Common HPV infection types:the common HPV infection subtypes in the normal group of cervical cytology are HPV16,18,52;the common HPV infection subtypes in the CIN? are HPV16,18,45,52,and the common HPV infection subtypes in the CIN?~+ are HPV16,18,respectively.58,39,52,66,and the main infection type of HPV in cervical cancer group is HPV16,18.Logistic regression analysis indicated that the risk of cervical CIN?~+ increased after HPV16,18,52,58,and 39 infection, while HPV16 and 18 infection increased the risk of cervical cancer.6.HPV infection in four age groups:the infection rate of HPV was 11.76% in the young group,14.84% in the middle-aged group,20.0% in the young group,28.87% in the middle-aged group,42.42% in the young group,45.92% in the middle-aged group and 45.92% in the young group of cervical cancer group. The infection rate of HPV was 16.67%,56.36% in middle-aged and elderly patients. The infection rate of HPV in Control group,CIN? and cervical cancer group was significantly different in different age groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the infection rate of HPV between young group and middle-aged and elderly group in CIN?~+(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HPV infection types and multiple subtypes among different age groups in Control group;there was no significant difference in HPV infection types among different age groups in CIN? except HPV16 subtypes between young group and middle-aged and old group;there was no significant difference in HPV infection types among different age groups in CIN?~+ of cervix. There was no difference in the infection rates of different subtypes(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the infection rates of HPV16 between young and middle-aged patients with cervical cancer(P<0.05),but no significant difference in the infection rates of HPV18 and multiple subtypes(P>0.05).7.The HPV infection rate and multiple subtype infections of squamous cell carcinoma patients were increased compared with non-squamous cell carcinoma patients, and the HPV infection rate of squamous cell carcinoma group and non-squamous cell carcinoma group was statistically different(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference(P <0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, tissue differentiation degree,HPV infection rate, and multiple subtype infections in patients with cervical cancer. Conclusion 1.Patients with cervical cancer have a higher age in patients with relatively high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, control, and CIN?.2.The HPV infection rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of CIN I,CIN II+ and cervical cancer.3.There is no difference in the proportion of high-risk HPV infection and low-risk HPV infection in different types of cervical lesions.4.For the same type of patients, there was no significant difference in the HPV type of infection between the younger group and the older group.5.The common HPV infection subtypes in the control group and the CIN? group were HPV16,18,45,52,and 58..The common HPV infection subtypes in the CIN?~+group were HPV16,18,58,39,52,and 66,respectively.In the cervical cancer group, the main infection type of HPV is HPV16,18.
