But there are few effective clinical methods to manage HCH since then. Prevention and cure for the disease is received reconstruction by medico-group more and more, especial these method and instrument of molecular biology,electron microscope detection technology and imageology, as well as the develepment of TCM and the ascendancy of Cooperation of Chinese and Western Medicine, premoting the develepment of theoplegia cerebropathia. Now Medical science boundary of exterior and interior of country all presum it is a fundamental validity mode of treating middle-multiplicity hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage of Cooperation of Chinese and Western Medicine and requisition of modern medical treatment modality and tendency modern apoplexy treatment. Consequently, Exploring normalized combined therapy schema on treating middle-multiplicity hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage of Cooperation of Chinese and Western Medicine is necessary.Objective: To introduce study and reseach menthod of self about combined therapy schema on treating middle-multiplicity hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage of Cooperation of Chinese and Western MedicineMethod: Divide all cases selected into two groups at random. They are separately the group who takes combined therapy of Cooperation of Chinese and Western Medicine, the group for comparison using Western routine treatment. We monitor and record the curing condition deploying integration change of neurologic function impairment(NFI) and《Tai An Standard》curative effect evaluation. Then calculate the related data through statistical methods to evaluate and summarize the effects scientifically.Results: After a course of treatment, the clinical symptoms and functional indicators of all two groups have improved but they varied in the characteristic of improvement. There were no prominent differences in gender and age, the scoring of NFI, the scoring of GCS and the amount of blood-tumor before treatment. But the two groups varied remarkably in the curative effect of one-week treatment, the necessary days to show effent or to show apparent effect or recovery, the scoring of NFI and《Tai An Standard》curative effect evaluation and the comparison of ADL and Quality of Life Index(QLI) in the 7rd day, the 14th day and the 28th day of treatment.
