Objective: To observe the clinical effect and relational laboratory norm on acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine, accordingly providing the respective theory basis and clinical data.Methods: The main research based on the randomized controlled study comparing of 60 patients which are all from the neurology department of our hospital. With above-mentioned method, divide 60 cases of patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage into two groups: control group and combination of TCM with Western medicine (TCM-WM)group, each group has 30 cases. The control group were treated with western routine therapy, while the TCM-WM group were treated with western routine therapy and qingkailing injection 30-60ml iv gtt, once daily. The compositive clinical symptom, sign, nerval function, locomotor activity of daily life and complication, cranial CT, blood fat and indexes and blood rheology were observed.Results: Compared with the control group, the TCM-WM group is better, there are significant differences (P<0.05) in the aspects of improving the compositive clinical symptom, reducing the degree of neurological deficit, improving life quality of patients and decreasing complications after stoke. (P<0.05)There is significant difference in the experimental indexes of blood fat and blood rheology (P<0.05).Conclusions:There have necessity and feasibility of Acute Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage treatment with TCM therapy. The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine can raise the clinical effect on acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
