Research purpose: To observe the clinical effect of self-made Huayu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its effect on the residual hematoma and the score of TCM syndrome in patients.Methods: A total of 44 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were collected from the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region by means of randomized controlled trials.The dialectical classification of TCM was blood stasis type.The patients were divided into two groups.The treatment group(n = 22)Group of 22 cases.The control group in accordance with the "Chinese cerebrovascular disease diagnosis and treatment of" provisions given to the nutritional nerve,antiepileptic,dehydration and other drug treatment,the treatment group is to determine the occurrence of no bleeding when the blood circulation has been given self-made Huayu Tang Chinese medicine treatment,Treatment for 3 weeks.To the remaining amount of hematoma,TCM symptoms score as the main clinical indicators.Research result: 1.In the treatment group and the control group,the scores of hematoma and TCM were improved,but the treatment group was significantly different from the control group(P <0.05).The treatment group reduced the TCM symptom score and promoted the absorption of hematoma The area was significantly better than the control group.Analysis conclusion: 1.Self-made Huayu Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment program has a better therapeutic effect on hemorrhagic stroke,can promote the recovery of neurological function,lower morbidity,promote hematoma absorption.
