The Clinical Using Of Tongfu Shugan Xingqi Fa On Cholelithiasis Postoperation

ObjectiveThe study with the Chinese medicine of Tongfu shugan xingqi on cholelithias post-operation, comparing with xishabili and nothingness, using the first exhaust and defecate, total white cell count, interleukin-6, C-reactive protein as guide line, observe whether it can accelerate the comeback of gastrointestinal function of cholelithias post-operation and alleviate inflammatory reaction.MethodsA totle of 90 qualified patients of cholelithias post-operation were randomly divided into three groups. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine of Tongfu shugan xingqi, another group was treated with xishabili, the third group without anything. The guide line of the first exhaust and defecate, total white cell count, interleukin-6, C-reactive protein were observed.Results1. The patients of treatment group were more earlier than the other groups at the time of first exhaust and defecate.2. The reduction of total white cell count, interleukin-6, C-reactive protein was more obvious in the treatment group than the other groups.ConclusionThe early using Chinese medicine of Tongfu shugan xingqi on cholelithias post-operation, may obviously reduce the postoperative stress reaction, reduce absorption of gastrointestinal endotoxin, and facilitate the gastrointestinal function recovery.
