ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation among Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), Clinical indicators and the pathology in 81cases IgA Nephropathy, so as to deduce the pathogenetic damage, judge prognosis and guide the clinic therapy.Methods81 cases were divided into three different TCM syndromes(Deficiency syndrome, Excess syndrome and Deficiency- Excess syndrome).Theirs laboratory findings and renal biopsy reports were collected, the pathological classification and damage were assessed .then we analysised the relation of three.ResultsThree groups on gender and age were not significantly different(P>0.05).But the course of Deficiency syndrome patients was longer than the other two groups(P<0.05).1,TCM Syndrome types and Pathology The classification of the pathology in Deficiency syndrome paients was the highest and the lowest in Excess syndrome .their difference was significant (P<0.05).The damge of glomerluar, renal interstitialand vascular had gradually increased from Excess syndrome, Deficiency- Excess syndrome to Deficiency syndrome. The higher was the pathological classification, the more severe was the pathological damge, their difference was significant (P<0.05).2,TCM Syndrome types and clinic the indicacators of systolic blood pressure, serum creatinine and blood lipids in Deficiency- Excess syndrome were highest, the indicacators of systolic blood pressure and blood lipids in Deficiency syndrome and blood serum creatinine Excess syndrome were lowest, their difference was significant (P<0.05).while the difference about 24-hour urine protein, disastolic blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen, serum uric acid was not significant (P>0.05).3, Pathology and clinic With the increase of clinical indicators including 24-hour urine protein, blood pressure and renal function, the pathological classification has also gradually increased. Blood lipids had nothing to do with the pathological classification(P<0.05).ConclusionThe pathological classification and damage in Deficiency syndrome paients were the highest and the lowest in Excess syndrome. With the increase of clinical indicators, the pathological classification has also gradually increased, the indicacators of systolic blood pressure, serum creatinine and blood lipids in Deficiency- Excess syndrome were highest. With the increase of clinical indicators including 24-hour urine protein, blood pressure and renal function, the pathological classification has also gradually increased P<0.05).So we judged that the prognosis of Deficiency syndrome paients was worst, but the positive treatment will improve the outcome. The higher was the clinical indicators including 24-hour urine protein, blood pressure and renal function, the worse was the prognosis of theirs. But the positive treatment by lowering blood pressure, reducing blood lipids and serum creatinine and can delay the progress of the disease. The subject that we studied the relationships among Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Clinical indicators and the pathology in 81 patients IgA Nephropathy by research revealed the internal Deficiency was the main internal factors and the external Excess was the main external factors. Based on the results of research, we will assess prognosis and guide the clinic therapy.
