Diabetic Nephropathy Correlation Studies Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Biochemical Indicators

Objective:To observe the TCM syndrome types of diabetic nephropathy, and to explore the correlation between the TCM syndrome and renal function, urinary protein, blood glucose and blood lipid.Methods:in 335 patients with DN stage, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome principal and SD card awakened statistical analysis and detection of 24h urine protein, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood creatinine (SCR), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C). Results:preclinical 136 cases,102 cases of early,55 patients with clinical stage, end-stage 42 cases, the preclinical and early stage patients were the incidence of deficiency of both qi and Yin was the highest, secondly dryness heat due to yin deficiency, and there were no deficiency of both yin and Yang; clinical stage and final stage in patients with deficiency of both yin and Yang syndrome occurred rate rose to the top, respectively, accounting for 63.64%,80.95%. No significant yinxuzaore syndrome and urinary protein, gas Yin deficiency syndrome with two patients with BUN and the difference of SCr (p>0.05). And compared with Yin deficiency and dryness heat, deficiency of both qi and Yin, deficiency of both yin and Yang in patients with urinary protein, bun, SCR, TC, TG, LDL-C increased obviously, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.01), but unrelated to glycosylated hemoglobin and TCM syndrome type; and blood stasis syndrome compared phlegm and dampness syndrome of urinary protein, bun, SCR, TC, TG, LDL-C levels were significantly increased, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). Water dampness syndrome in patients with SCr levels higher than the phlegm dampness syndrome, there were statistically significant differences between the two (<0.01 P).Conclusion:DN evolution of virtual two yinxuzaore Qi and Yin Yin and yang. Diabetic nephropathy patients with urinary protein, BUN, SCr, TC, TG, LDL-C levels and TCM syndrome types may have a certain correlation.
