| Objective:Observing the curative effect of the traditional Chinese herb medicine Yufengâ…¡ hao Fang on the disease of acute cerebral infraction and through clinical experiment,probing the impact of Yufeng â…¡ hao Fang on blood rheology and changes of D-Dimer in serum of ACI patients. Methods:1 Clinical data: 60 patients of ACI coming from XiangFan Affiliated Hospital of HuBei college of TCM and conforming to the No 4 Chinese Cerebrovascular Disease Meeting drafting the diagnostic standard in 1995 were divided randomly into two groups : the control group and treatment groups( there: were 30 patients in each group).2 The medical usage: The control group be treated with Xue se tong injector and treatment group be treated with both Xue se tong injector and Yufeng II hao Fang,The treatment time was composed of 2~3 weeks.3 The toxicity and the side-effect: The Blood-routine, Urine-routine , Stool-routine, lever function and kidney function were examined to judge if the Yufeng II hao Fang had any side-effects or toxicity .4 The curative effective: Observing the symptoms, signs and total effective radios before and after the treatment, making a statistical disposal and comparing the therapeutic efficacy.5 Making measurements of each index of blood rheology before and after the treatment. Making measurements of D-Dimer in the blood serum before and after the treatment.6 The Stat.method: After 2~3weeks,we analyze the data,the count materials are examined with x2 ,the measuring materials are examined with t-test and the grade materials with Ridit.Results:1 The toxicity and the side-effect: There are no side-effects in both groups.2 The clinical curative effective: The symptoms and signs of the patients of the two groups after the treatment were better than those before the treatment, compared between the two groups , the significant control rate (83.33%) and the total effective rate (96.67%) of treatment group was significant better than the control group (whose significant control rate was 50.00% and total effective rate was 80.65%) and there was significant difference between them. The nerve function damage of the two groups after treatment was significant difference between them ,It showed Yufeng II hao Fang can weaken ACI patients the symptoms and signs ,improve living quality ,decreaseparalysis rate , and relieve ACI patients suffering.3The therapeutic efficiency of clinical symptoms and physical sign: Compared the symptoms of TCM between the two groups ,after the treatment, the treatment group was obviously superior the control group (p<0.05),It indicated Yufeng II hao Fang can reduce the symptoms of apoplexy by resolving phlegm and removing obstructions from fu organs.4The blood hemorheology: Compared with them before the treatment, both of the two groups had significant differences(p<0.05 or p<0.01) in the index of blood rheology, in the plasma after the treatment. There was significant differences (p<0.01) in aggregation of RBC and deformability of RBC index, when the treatment group was compared with the control group.5 Serum D-Dimer: The two groups before and after the treatment, there had significant difference in changes of the level of D-Dimer (p<0.01). After the treatment, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion:1 Yufeng â…¡ hao Fang has a constant effect on the ACI patients in the clinical practice: it could relieve the symptoms ,without side-effects and toxicity.2 Yufeng â…¡ hao Fang can improve each index of blood rheology effectually, especially lowered the aggregation of RBC and improve the deformability of RBC in evidence ,so it can lower viscosity of blood viscosity of blood ,abate the form of thrombus ,accelerate the blood to flow ,improve the providing of blood brain in the end.3 Yufeng II hao Fang can lower the level of D-Dimer in serum of ACI patients. It possibly restrained the form of thrombus by constraining the compound of fiber protein. |
