The Itterature And Clinical Research Of Tuohuajian Together With Mifepristone And Misoprostol To Erminate The Early Pregnancy

[Objective] Adopting the prospective case-control study method, who will beg to terminate early pregnancy is randomly divided into overview group and control group, the control group takes mifepristone together with misoprostol, overview group on the foundation of control group takes a Chinese herbal medicine Tuohuajian, pass to the prospect research comparison of two kinds of method to terminate early pregnancy, approaching the medical abortion conbined of TCM with Western medicine how to affect the completely miscarriage rate, days of colporrhagia and colporrhagia quantity, hoping can guide a clinical treatment bettrely.[Method] To assemble 129 subject investigated who are been visiting the First affliated hospital of Guang Zhou TCM university from Jep 2006 to Jan 2007 for termination of early pregnancy, basing on the random form which desighed by SAS 9.0 system are at random divided into an overview group 62, the control group 67.Adopting the prospective case-control study method, observing the difference between two groups of completely miscarriage rate,days of colporrhagia and colporrhagia quantity. Carry out statistical analysis with SPSS11.0 package and compare them with independent T-test.[Result] There is no significant difference in age, days of suppressed menstruation, parity and gravidity between overview group and control group (P＞0.05) ;There is no significant difference in completely miscarriage rate,incompletely miscarriage rate and failure rate between overview group and control group (P＞0.05);The time of overview group and control group from taking mifepristone to the embryonic sac ejecting don't show significant difference(P＞0.05), but from taking misoprosto to start to eject the embryonic sac then have already shown significant difference (P＜0.05); The days of colporrhagia after ejecting the embryonic sac between overview group and control group don't show significant difference (P＞0.05). The colporrhagia quantity between overview group and control group show significant difference when embryonic sac ejected(P＜0.05). The colporrhagia quantity in a week and two week between overview group and control group after ejecting the embryonic sac don't show significant difference.[Conclusion]1,Tuohuajian together with mifepristone and misoprostol can reduce the time of ejecting the embryonic sac.2,Tuohuajian together with mifepristone and misoprostol can reduce the colporrhagia quantity when embryonic sac ejected.3,The medical abortion schema of taking Tuohuajian together with mifepristone and misoprostol is better than only taking mifepristone and misoprostol.
