Experimental Research Of Tuo Huajian Coordinated With Mifepristone And Misoprostol To Terminate Early Pregnancy

Objective:Adopt prospective case-control study method to observe the clinical curative effects of the ancient traditional Chinese medicine Tuo Huajian coordinated with mifepristone and misoprostol to abortion in first trimester which function is to promote blood flow and dissolve blood stagnation, remove blood stasis and induce abortion; Also through the method of high power microscope and immunity classification to detect cellular necrosis ratio, expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA protein of chorionic villi and membrane deciduae in medicine abortion, in order to approach the mechanism of terminating early pregnancy.Method:1. Clinical curative effect aspect:To collect 70 cases who visited the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou TCM university from Sep.2006 to Feb.2007 and volunteered to terminate pregnancy. Then divide them into observative group 34 cases and control group 36 cases by random referring to SAS 9.0 systemized trabant table; And adopt the prospective case-control study method to observe the difference of the complete abortion ratio, efflux time and quantity of blood from vagina of gestational sac.2. Mechanism of drug action aspect:To collect 25 complete membrane deciduas of medicine abortion patients that can be obtained who visited the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou TCM university from Sep.2006 to Feb.2007, and divide them into observative group 8 cases and control group 17 cases based on the method mentioned above, to detect cellular necrosis ratio, expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA protein of chorionic villi and membrane deciduae in medicine abortion.Results:1. Clinical curative effect aspect:There is no significant difference between observative group and control group in complete abortion ratio, incomplete abortion ratio and artificial abortion ratio (P＞0.05), as well as the difference in efflux time from mifepfistone taken to when the gestational sac is discharged (P＞0.05), but there is significant difference on the effiux time from misoprostol taken to when the gestational sac is discharged (P＜0.05); Difference is significant between the two sets in blood quantity from vagina when the gestational sac is discharged.2. Mechanism of dnlg action aspect:There is significant difference between observative group and control group in cellular necrosis ratio of chofionic villi and membrane deciduae (P＜0.05), as well as the difference in positive expression ratio of PCNA protein (P＜0.05); While there is no difference between the two groups in the expression of Bcl-2 (P＞0.05)Conclusion:1. Tuo Huajian coordinated with mifepristone and misoprostol can shorten the efflux time of gestational sac.2. Tuo Huajian coordinated with mifepristone and misoprostol can reduce blood quantity from vagina when the gestational sac is discharged.3. Tuo Huajian coordinated with mifepristone and misoprostol can increase cellular necrosis ratio of chorionic villi and membrane deciduae, which improve the miscarriage effect.4. Tuo Huajian coordinated with mifepdstone and misoprostol can lower the expression of PCNA protein of chorionic villi and membrane dcciduae ,which promote apoptosis of. histiocyte.5. There is no significant difference between the two groups in the expression of Bcl-2.
