The Relationship Between TSC1 Gene And Pathologic Features In Patient With Gastric Cancer

Objective To detect the expression of TSC1 protein in gastric cancer and to discuss the relationship between TSC1 protein and pathologic features of gastric cancer.Material 40 cases of tissues of gastric cancer and 40 cases of normal tissues were collected, in accordance withβ-actin, and the expression of TSC1 protein were detected by Western-Blot. Electrophoresis strap density was quantitatively analysised by Analysis software.Results Expression value of TSC1 protein in tissues of gastric cancer and normal tissues respectively are 0.121±0.115,和0.172±0.104 (P＜0.05). Expression of TSC1 protein has nothing to do with gender,age,size of tumor,clinical stage,malignancy and lymph node metastasis(P＞0.05).Conclusion TSC1 gene may play an important role in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and it is useful for the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
