| Aim: To investigate the effects of DaHuangZheChongWan HuaCaiFan-g on the S180 sarcoma and T lymphocyte subpopulation in tumor-be-aring mice. Material And Methods: The mice were built to the S180sarcoma model. The experimental animals were divided into 5 gro-ups, DaHuangZheChongWan HuaCaiFang high, middle and dose group, DaHuangZheChongWan HuaCaiFang treatment at dosel. 97g/ml, 0.9g/ml, O.45g/ml, continous administration by gavage on the S180 sarcoma for7 days; and built the negative control group, normal group. Theantitumor effect of DaHuangZheChongWan HuaCaiFang tumor and subs-equent changes were observed. The proportion of the T lymphocyt-e subpopulation was detected by indirect IF staining in the dif-ferent experimental group mice. The CD4+T cells and CD8+ T cellsquantity were counted, the specific value on the CD4+ T cells andCD8+ T cells. Results: The antitumor effect of DaHuangZheChongWa-n HuaCaiFang at dose 1.68g/ml, 0.8g/ml, 0.4g/ml on S180 sarcoma we-re 56.25%,36.51% and 18.42%,compared with the negative controlhad the significant differences(p<0.05 and p<0.01),and high do-sage group was more effective(p<0.01). The numbers of CD4+ T ce-lls and the CD8+ T cells elevated to compare with that of the ne-gative control; and the radio of CD4+/CD8+ was elevated, especial-ly, was the high dosage group. But each group did not get to thenormal level. Conclusion: DaHuangZheChongWan HuaCaiFang could i-nhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma. It could remit and improve th-e hypoimmunity and disturbance on S180 sarcoma mice. DaHuangZheC-hongWan HuaCaiFang high dosage group restrained tumor cell grow-th effectively. To further study, DaHuangZheChongWan HuaCaiFangmight be a potent antineoplastic therapeutic drug. |
