Clinical Research On Scahatzker Ⅱ Ⅲ Tibial Plateau Fracture Treated With Prizeing Reduction And Percutaneous Canulated Crew Fixation

Objective: To investigate the clinical results of Prizeingreduction and canulated crew fixation to Tibial plateau fracture,and contrast the curative efficiency to the open reduction.Method: Select patients accord with Scahatzkerâ…¡â…¢tibialplateau fracture, the patients were cured with two treatingmethods, one is Prizeing reduction and percutaneous canulated crewfixation; another is open reduction. Investigate the length ofincision, the amount of bloodless, the time of bone union and thecurative efficiency.Results: The Prizeing reduction group excels the Open reductionin the lenth of incision, the amout of bloodless ,the time of boneunion and the curative efficiency after twelve weeks and six menths.Conclusions: The treating method of Prizeing reduction andcanulated crew fixation has much advantages suck as small incision,little bloodless, the shorter time of bone union, satisfied curativeaction, and low treating fare.
