The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment On Schatzker Ⅱ Tibial Plateau Fractures By Poking Reduction And Plate Fixation

ObjectiveSummary and analysis of poking reduction and plate fixation for tibial plateau fracture of the results of clinical data and follow-up to explore show that the poking reset in tibial plateau fractures SchatzkerⅡto the important role of surgery and reduction techniques.Locking plate and compression plate in the treatment of Schatzkerll tibial plateau fractures in the scope of application,advantages and mechanism have been discussed in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical.MethodsRetrospective analysises of the 45 cases which were tibial plateau fractures which typs is SchatzkerⅡin middle-aged from 2005.3 to 2008.5 in the Hubei TCM hospital in Hubei Province and Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region.According the difference of degree of fracture,the cases were divided into two group: compression plate and locking plate.The simple fracture patients used compression plate The comminuted fracture patients used locking plate.Follow-up after operation last from 6 months to 1 years。The items of statistics include the time of operation and union,the rate of union and kness function HSS score.1.According the different of degree of fracture,the patients were classified into two groups.The one is compression plate group,the other one is locking plate group.The simple fracture patients used compression plate,lhe comminuted fracture patients used locking plate.2.Counted the clinical result of them,the items of statistics include the time of operation and union,the rate of union and knees function HSS score.3.Counted result by list,treat it by SPSS13.0 statistical software.Results1.The operative time The average operative time of compression plate group is 1.52 hours;the average operative time of locking plate group is 1.33 hours.2.The union time The average union time of compression plate group is 12.5 weeks;the average operative time of locking plate group is 13.7 weeks.3.The statistics of rate of union between the two groups The rate of union of compression plate group is 90%,the rate of union of locking plate group is 96%.4.Statistics of the score of HSS between the two groups The good rate of the score of HSS of compression plate group is 90%,the good rate of locking plate group is 92%.ConclusionStatistical analysis showed that SchatzkerⅡtibial plateau fractures,as long as the master reset poking skills,to restore the integrity of the platform,according to their varying degrees of crush fractures,choose the right plate,the effect can be satisfactory.
