The experimental study of CH/tNGJINING' s influence on the apoptosis of human large intestine cancer cell and the genes bcl-2 and bax concerned with it.Department of Oncology, Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University Traditional Chinese Medicine Tang Guang yi Yin Dong fengObjective: To study the influence of Traditional Chinese Compound Recipe CHANGJINING decoction on the apoptosis of human large intestine cancer cells and the expression of bcI-2,bax concerned with the apoptosis.Metbods: (1)The sensitivity of CHANGJINING to the large intestine cancer was detected by MTT method. (2) The influence of CHANGJINING decoction on the apoptosisand the expression of bcl-2 and bax was detected by FCM.Results: (1)CHANGJINING has the function of restraining the multiplication of large intestine cancer HT-29 (p＜0.05); (2)The results of FCM indicates that CHANJINING has the function of promoting the apoptosisand depressing the expression of bcl-2 and bax concerned with the apoptosis, especially on bcl-2 (p＜0.05).Conclusions: CHANGJINING has the anticarcinogenic function, and the mechanisms of which are to promoting the apoptosis of cells and to depress the expression of bcl-2 and bax.
