Clinical Effective Observation And Influence On The Electrogastrogram Of Diabetic Gastroparesis By The Therapy Of Superficial Acupuncture Combined With Chinese Formulated Products Of Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Wan

Objective: To observe the influence on the electrogastrogram of Diabetic Gastroparesisand the clinical effect by the therapy of superficial acupuncture combined with Chineseformulated products and research the functional mechanism of Diabetic Gastroparesis by thetreatment of acupuncture combined with Chinese formulated products from the angle ofgastrointestinal motility, nerves and hormone, which provide a new method for the clinical treatment ofDGP.Methods: 60 DGP patients were selected based on the diagnostic criteria, and weredivided into 3 groups according to the the block stochastic principle, the observed group(superficial acupuncture combined with Chinese formulated product), controlled group 1 (bodyacupuncture combined with Chinese formulated product), controlled group 2 (takes orallyChinese formulated product simply), each group had 20 cases. Intelligent electroenterographwas used to check the amplitude before and after meal and the ratio between them in the part ofgastric antrum of the GDP patients. In order to reveal the systematic regulation function of thetherapy of superficial acupuncture combined with Chinese formulated product, symptemaccumulated points of PiMan of TCM were contrasted and researched among the three groupsbefore and after treatment, and a new method of acupuncture therapy and application prospectof GDP clinical treatment were discussed, which establish a based stone for the further researchin future.Results:①Before treatment, the amplitude before and after meal and the ratio betweenthem in the part of gastric antrum among the three groups had no significant difference(P＞0.05).②After treatment, the amplitude before meal in the part of gastric antrum amongthree groups improve significantly contrast to the pretherapy, observed group and controlled group 1 improve most (P＜0.01), but group 2 (P＜0.05).③After treatment, the amplitudeafter meal in the part of gastric antrum among three groups improve significantly contrast tothe pretherapy (P＜0.01).④After treatment, the ratio between the amplitude before mealand after meal in the part of gastric antrum in the observed group and controlled group 1improve significantly contrast to the pretherapy (P＜0.05), but group 2 (P＞0.05).⑤Aftertreatment, the symptem accumulated points of PiMan of TCM among three groups improvesignificantly contrast to the pretherapy, observed group and controlled group 1 improve most (P＜0.01), but group 2 (P＜0.05).Conclusions: both the observed group and controlled group 1 have good curative effect toGDP, whose curative effects are obviously better the than controlled group 2. So it implied: Thesuperficial acupuncture has the similar effect with the body acupuncture, and they cooperatedwith Chinese formulated product well, which should be recommended for the clinic. (2) Theacupuncture combined with Chinese formulated product can improve GDP patients' clinicalsymptom of PiMan of TCM. And it can improve the GDP patients' quality of life. So it implythat the acupuncture combined with Chinese formulated product can improve the gastricdynamia, and is relative to the function of nerves and excitatory autacoid in the gastrointestinaltract.
