The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Jianpi Shugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Gastroparesis (Stagnation Of Liver And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Purpose: In order to amplify the advantages and features of TCM,we observed the clinical effect and safety of acupuncture combined with Jianpi Shugan decoction treating diabetic gastroparesis.Trying to give a solid evidence for generalizing this new treatment.Method: Select 60 patients from outpatient and inpatient department of the affiliated hospital to Changchun university of Chinese medicine.Randomly divide the patientsinto control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.In addition to giving basic treatment,patients in treatment group will receiving acupuncture combined with herb decoction treatment and the ones in control group will be given Domperidone Tablets.After 4 weeks of treatment,we observe the symptoms,signs and laboratory examinations of the patients.Analyze these statistics and evaluate the treatment in the end.Result: After 4 weeks of treatment,gastric emptying time of patients wasshortened and clinical symptoms were also alleviated in both 2 groups(P<0.05).Treatment group has a better effect than control group(P<0.05).Total effectiveness of treatment group is 86.67%,and control group is 63.33%.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Jianpi Shugan decoction treating diabetic gastroparesis has an exact effect and there are no adverse effects.Indicating that acupuncture combined with herb decoction can shorten gastric emptying time,alleviatesymptoms of patients.This treatment is worth studying and generalizing.
