Investigate The Video-anatomy About Apparatus Organs And Cicumference Blood Vessel Of The Back-peritoneum In Adult

Objective: To measure the video-anatomy about apparatus organs and cicumference blood vessel of the back-peritoneum in adult by spiral 64 slice CT angiography,and statistically analyze the data, to provide the video-anatomy data for clinical diagnose and treatment.Method: 168 adults were scaned by spiral 64 slice CT angiography. To measure and collect the data for the bulk,position, artery,vein of the kidney and assistant-artery of the kidney; the size,form,position of the adrenal gland; the bulk,form of the pancreas and the relation between pancreas and splenic. The data collected were grouped according to age,gender and side, and analyzed by corralation.Result The apparatus organs and cicumference blood vessel of the back-peritoneum were well displayed, and the position and form of kidney ,adrenal gland and pancreas were correctly rebuilded.The average bulk of pancreas is 121.55±25.06cm~3, and is related to age. The male's isbigger than female's (P<0.05) . The number of lubricity contour of pancreas is 106, and thedispart is 54. Cases which the tail of pancreas tightly connected the gate of spleen is 50(31.25%) asunder' s is 102 (63.75%. Cases which the tail of pancreas get acroose the gate ofspleen is 8 (5%) .The average bulk of left kidney is 148.88±26.97 cm~3, the right is 141.25±29.09 cm~3, there is no differece between them, and male's is bigger than female's. The jumping-off point of the kidney's artery: the right is higher than the left,the average corner between left kidney's artery and abdominal artery is 79.39°, the right is 71.14°. There is no significance in the inner dia. of the kidney's artery between each groups. The length of the kidney's artery: the left is 43.08mm, the right is 52.56mm, the difference of them have significance(the right is lengther than the left), there is no significance between the gender. The average corner between the left kidney's vein and abdominal vein is 69.93°, the right is 67.23°. There is no significance as to the inner dia. of the kidney's vein between each groups. The left kidney's vein is lengther than the right. The appear-rate of accessory kidney artery is 28.75%, there is no significance between the groups of side and gender. The accessory kidney artery enter the submit of the kidney is more than others, there is no significance between the gate and the descend of kidney entrance. There is no significance of the inner dia. and the length between groups; The rate of accessory kidney artery coming from abdominal artery is 26.27%, coming from the kidney artery asidely is 73.73 % . The rate that the right adrenal gland is higher than the left is 67.50 %, same as the left is 24.25 %, lower is 8.25 %. The average bulk of the left adrenal gland is 4.07±1.02 cm~3, the right is 3.78±0.83cm~3, men's is bigger than women's, the left's is bigger than the right's.Conclusion:1. The average bulk of pancreas is correlation with age and gender in adult. The atrophy of pancreas is more seen in the elderly.2. The characters coming from the scaning of spiral 64 slice CT angiography of bulk and form of kidney,origan of kidney vessel and its brench will provide important video-anatomy base for kidney operation ,intervene treatment and evaluation before kidney transplantation.3. Bulk and form of adrenal gland are related to age and gender, the bulk is contracted after 56 years old,and male's is bigger than female's. Although adrenal gland have many forms ,but their contours are clear,and their flank are vertical or a little concave. It is inferred morbidity of the gland if its form had deformated.
