Objective:Aim to the patients with coronary atherosclerosis:①explore the expression of MCP-1 and VEGF in forming plaques of coronary atherosclerosis;②discuss the role of MCP-1 and VEGF in stability of coronary atherosclerosis plagues ;③valube their relationship of MCP-1 and VEGF in the expression of coronary atherosclerosis;④find out whether detecting the serum levels of both MCP-1 and VEGF could be regarded as a marker of indicating the risk of MACE.Methods:20 health control subjects and 66 CHDpatients (including 18 with SAP,24 with UAP and 24 with AMI) were enrolled in the study . Each subject was taken Coronary Artery Angiogram. Using 7-TIMI risk score as the quantitable indexes of the risk of MACE corresponding. Serum levels of MCP-1 and VEGF were determined by ELASA.Statistical evaluation was performed with 13.0 software.Before statistical evaluation, the normality and the homogeneity of variance of statistical data should be tested, Data were expressed as Mean±SD and compared by ANOVA,Differences among groups were analyzed by SNK-q test ,Correlation analysis was used by linear correlation analysis, Sensitivity and Sepcificity were compared by x2 test .Two-side P<0.05 was considered statistically significance.Results:(1)Compared with controls subjects, The serum level of MCP-1 and VEGF elevated obviously in CHD patients,(including SAP,UAP,AMI)(P<0.001); (2) Compared with controls subjects, The serum level of MCP-1 and VEGF not only elevated obviously, But also kept increasing among the patients with SAP,UAP and AMI step by step; (3)There was a good relationship between MCP-1 and VEGF during paticipating in coronary atherosclerosis; (4) The risk score7-TIMI for subsequent cardiovascular events were increased in patients with higher serum level of MCP-1 and VEGF.Conclusions:(1)The levels of MCP-1 and VEGF'levels was significant increased in CHD patients,Compared with controls, It was implicated that they might take part in the actions of informing atherosderotic plaques; (2)The serum level of MCP-1 and VEGF were elavated step by stey among the group of controls,SAP,UAP,AMI, It was thought they might develop the matter on the stability of atherosderotic plaques; (3)The serum level of MCP-1 and VEGF were positive correlated with 7-TIMI risk score, It prompt that MCP-1 and VEGF was the reactiveness markers of coronary artery process ,and developed the risk to major acute cardiac events.
