Investigation In Renal Function Of 168 Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Object:To investigate the general conditions and biochemical index of patients with T₂DM in order to know about their renal function and analyze the related factors which may low down the renal function.Methods:According to whether the patients suffered diabetic nephropathy or not,we divided the 168 patients into 2 groups or 3 groups in order to analyze the related factors which may low down the renal function. Results:The number of non-diabetic nephropathy patient is 78 and the number of the diabetic nephropathy patient is 90.Between DN group and non-DN group,FPG,HBA1C, TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA,ApoB had none statistics disparity(P＞0.05).HBP,LPa and FIB had statistics disparity between DN group and non-DN group(P＜0.05).Ccr and UAE had significantly statistics disparity between DN group and non-DN group (P＜0.01).Comparations between three groups showed that LPa had significantly statistics disparity between ealier DN group and non-DN group(P＜0.01),and UAE had none statistics disparity(P＞0.05).Logistic return showed that LPa was harzads of DN, cultural degree was protection factor of DN.Conclusions:LPa and FIB takes part in progress of DN,and LPa is crossly-related with extent of damage of DN,LPa is gradually increasing according to extent of damage of DN.LPa could help us discover DN more earlier than UAE,we could use LPa as early prediction index.HBP,hyper plasma lipid and hyper-coagulation would increase renal lesion,and enhancing education of DM,diagnosing and dealing with DN as quickly as possible could improve prognostic of DN.
