Obejective:To determine the biomechanical characteristics of the axillary stress on the knee joint when it in flexon 90°to result to postermedial tibial plateau fracture and to explore the treatment of its methods and principia. Methods: The models were produced by adult cadaver knee joint.Give apeak stress to models when it in flexion 90°,the velocity is 40mm/min. Protract time- stress curve, register the furthest stress that causes the tibial plateau fracture and concomitancy trauma. Retrospect investigate postermedial tibial plateau fracture 7 cases, analyse their treatment methods and results. Conclusion:It can cause postermedial tibial plateau fracture when give apeak stress to knee jiont when it in flexion 90°and often combine with anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries. Postermedial incision is best choose for the treatment of postermedial tibial plateau fracture. Results:the axillary stress on the knee joint when it in flexon 90°is a trauma mechanism of postermedial tibial plateau fracture, and often combine with anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries. Postermedial incision is best exposure for the operation treatment of postermedial tibial plateau fracture.
