Clinical And Experimental Study On Treatment Of Weakness Of Spleen Yang Of IBS (Diarrhea Type) With Fuzwenzhong Granule

Objective: to explore therapeutic effect and mechanism of fuzwenzhong granule intreatment of weakness of spleen yang of IBS (diarrhea type) by Clinical and experimentalstudy. Methods: 80 patients who suffered from weakness of spleen yang of IBS (diarrheatype) were divided into two groups randomly by clinic study :40 cases in fuzwenzhonggranule group (treatment group) and 40 cases in fuzlizhong pill group(control group). Thepatients in treatment group took one bag(10g) each. The patients in control group took eachone pill (9g). Two groups both took three one day and took one month as one treatmentperiod. To observe the internal and external comparison of stomach pain, diarrhea,x-rayexamination, neuro-psychic function and clinical general therapeutic effect aftertreatment as compared with before treatment. 150 Small rats belonged to kunming kindwere divided into five groups randomly. Each group was 30. They exclusively were nottreated, took fuzlizhong pill and took large,middle and small quantity of fuzwenzhonggranule. Each group further was divided into 3 small groups randomly. Each group was 10.Their intestine movement exclusively were under the normal state, the state ofxinsidiming and the state of atuopin. The change of intestine movement were observedand were compared internal as external group.Result:clinical study showed that stomachpain, diarrhea, x-ray examination, neuro-psychic function and clinical general trerapeuticeffect of fuzwenzhong granule group were greatly superior to fuzlizhong pill group.Animal experiment proved that great,middle and small quantity of fuzwenzhong granule groups and fuzlizhongpill group all can keep up from over of small intestine caused byxinsidiming. treatment effect of great quantity of fuzwenzhong granule was greatlysuperior to that of small quantity of fuzlizhong granule(p＜0.05).Conclusion: fuzwenzhong granule in treatment weakness of spleen yang of IBS (diarrhea type) can bring aboutgreat effect. The mechanism is related to relieve cramp of small intestine and overmovement of stomach.
