Objective:To investigate the effects ofγinterferon on the proliferation and apoptosis of fibroblasts,so that the mechanism which cytokines affect hypertrophic scar can be disclose to provide the theory base for clinical prevention and treatment on hypertrophic scar.Materials and Methods:Collect tissue of hypertrophic scars from the hospital.Hypertrophic scar derived fibroblasts cultivated in vitro and were observed and analysesed through light microscope(LM),transmission elextron microscope(TEM),MTT test and flow cytometry(FCM).Then the effects ofγinterferon on biological behavior and pathological changes of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts have been determined.Results:In vitro:Compared with the control group,the experimentalγinterferon group could be observed changes on inhibition of fibroblasts growth and proliferation,apoptosis of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts significantly.Conclusions:1.γInterferon can suppress growth and proliferation of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts and promote apoptosis.It indicates that,as a negative modulation factor,γinterferon has its importance on treatment of hypertrophic scar.2.γInterferon with the concentration of 10~3U/ml is the proper dosage of this inhibiting action.It can bring into the best treatment action at the minimus toxicity.The apoptosis isn't increase with the concentration ofγinterferon.
