Purpose: To observe the influences of stimulating Taichong acupiont and Ququan acupiont on Chronic Liver Diseases. Method: In this observation, 60 cases of Chronic Liver Disease (CLD), randomly divided into two groups and they were treated with two prescriptions : Both Taichong and both Ququan. Results: 1.In Taichong group, there were significant difference in velocity of hepatic artery and portal vein, Resistent Index of hepatic artery, portal vein blood flow, total liver blood flow and Doppler Perfusion Index(P<0.05). But there were non-significant difference in the inside diameter of hepatic artery and portal vein, the blood flow and Pulsatility Index of hepatic artery(P>0.05). 2.In Ququan group, there were significant difference in velocity of hepatic artery and portal vein, Resistent Index of hepatic artery and portal vein blood flow(P<0.05), there were extraordinary significant difference in total liver blood flow and Doppler perfusion index(P<0.01). But there were non-significant difference in the inside diameter of hepatic artery and portal vein, the blood flow and Pulsatility Index of hepatic artery(P>0.05). 3.There were non-significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Stimulating the Taichong and Ququan can increase portal vein blood flow and total liver blood flow, it can also decrease Doppler Perfusion Index. But it can not change the inside diameter of hepatic artery and portal vein. 2.There no difference between two groups by stimulating Taichong and Ququan.
