Clinical Obsevation On Treatment Of Dry Eye Syndrome (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type) By Electroacupuncture With Sanyinjiao And Ququan

Objective:By collecting 60 cases patients with dry eyes(liver and kidney Yin deficiency type),comparing the treatment group and control group in clinical symptom scores,tear break-up time,schirmer I test and corneal fluorescence staining,including to explore sanyinjiao,qququan with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of dry eyes(liver and kidney Yin deficiency type)of the clinical effect and promotion value.Methods:Collected in January 2019 to December 2019 in Jilin provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosed with dry eyes(60 cases of patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency type).They were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture sanyinjiao and ququan combined with conventional acupuncture.Treatment was performed6 times a week,10 times for 1 course of treatment,and a total of 3 courses of treatment were performed.After the patients were tested with TCM symptom score,SIt,BUT and FL before and after treatment,the statistical data were analyzed with SPSS data processing software to observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture sanyinjiao and ququan in the treatment of liver-kidney Yin deficiency dry eye.Results:After the treatment,the collected data were analyzed comprehensively.The results showed that electroacupuncture combined with sanyinjiao and ququan was more effective than conventional acupuncture(p<0.05).At the end of the treatment group,10 cases showed obvious effect,16 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 86.67%.Control group: 2 cases were effective,22 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 80%.The effective difference(p<0.05)was statistically significant.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture sanyinjiao and ququan combined with conventional acupuncture has better curative effect than conventional acupuncture alone.The treatment based on syndrome differentiation and nourishing the Yin of liver and kidney fundamentallyadjusts the function of zang-fu organs.The harmony of Yin and Yang results in abundant qi,blood,body fluid,and nourishing around the eyes,thus improving the discomfort symptoms of patients with dry eyes.This is a new idea and a new method for the clinical treatment of dry eyes,which has good clinical promotion value and has a good prospect in the future treatment of dry eyes.
