Objective: To study the mechanisim of Kidney-benefiting decoction(KBD) on reduce side effects of Tripterygium wilfordii(Tâ…¡) and increase therapeutic effects of T-â…¡on Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis.Methods: 50 wistar rat was divided into 5 groups randomly :the normal group,the model group,and the Tâ…¡group,the Tâ…¡and chinese medicine group,the chinese medicine group. Taking their urine of 24-hours,blood,kidney and liver tissue for observe the change of the proteinuric,ALB,ALT,AST,Cr,BUN,TG,TC,RBC,WBC,PLT etc,to understand the mechanism that KBD affect on decrease side effects of Tripterygium wilfordii(Tâ…¡) and increase therapeutic effects of Tâ…¡on Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis. Result:To compareded with the model group,KBD can decrease the all kinds of symptoms of MsPGN;To compareded with the Tâ…¡group,KBD can antagonize the toxicity of Tâ…¡; Cr,BUN did not observe obvious change. Conclusion:By the mechanisim of recuperate the liver tonifying the kidney,invigorate spleen benefit spirit induce diuresis,promoting blood circulation,KBD is to reduce side effects of Tripterygium wilfordii(Tâ…¡) and increase therapeutic effects of T-â…¡on Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis.
