Objective: Investing a method of less wound, simple operation, and excellent clinical outcomes to treating fresh complete acromioclavicular dislocation.Method: 1.Observing the rehabilitation of rabbit knee areicular capsules and ligaments which were picked to break, under the condition of suturing and not suturing through microscope to prove it's good for sewing up the fiber tissue.2.Carry on mechanics analysis to the regular and irregular acromioclavicular joint.3.Carry on mechanics analysis to steer needles and silk threads ,to provide basis for sewing up fiber tissue.4.Carry on percutaneous suture and fixation on the adult cadavers which were designed into of complete acromioclavicular dislocation, and anatomize it later.5.From October ,2004 to October,2006,174 fresh complete acromioclavicular dislocations underwent six methods.According to the LAZZCANO evaluation standard.Contrast curative outcomes that percutaneous suture and fixation operation with operation underwent the other methods we carried on before. Results: After acromioclavicular joint complete dislocate, the tendinous fibrositis surround acromioclavicular joint reputure and curl, They rehabilitate after suture and fix,and translate into ligament in part stimulated under force.and two steer needles can fix dislocated acromioclavicular joint solidity.Clavicle like a strong knighthead,The upper limb suspend or not after operation. The stress on acromioclavicular joint and scalene have great difference.rise from 0.026BW to 0.07BW,It's importent uppering the limb after operation. Statistics show that percutaneous suture and fixation operation is the best method to dislocated acromioclavicular joint. Conclusion: Percutaneous suture and fixation operation is a excellent method to treating fresh complete acromioclavicular dislocation.
