Clinical Studies On Tonifying Kidney Herb In Improving The Ovarian Reserve Of The Sterility Women

Objective:The study is to observe the Erzhitiangui direction improve the ovarian reserve of the sterility women and its mechanism will also be discussed. Methods:60 patients of senile sterile women were randomly divided into two groupsahe herb group (treated with Erzhitiangui decoction combined with western medicine)and the control group ((treated with Liuweidihuang decoction combined with western medicine).We observe symptoms of renal asthenia before and after treatment ,amount of gonadotropic honnone, blood hormone level of different periods, number of follicles,number of oocytes, fertilination, mature embryo and pregnancy. Results:Clinical study showed the Erzhitiangui decoction combined with western medicine group was obviously better than the control group in improving the insufficiency of kidney(P<0.05)and improveing the ratio of mature oocytes,fertilization, mature embryo and pregnancy(P<0.05). The basal levels of INH-B,estuarial in the group was higher than the control group,but the basal levels of FSH was on the contrary. It showed significant difference in amount of gonadotropic hormone, dailydosage of hormone used, blood estradiol, number of oocytes. Conclusions:The Erzhitiangui decoction combined with western medicine can improve the ovarian reserve.It indicate that functional mechanism of the Erzhitiangui decoction is relared to improvement of the ovarian reserve, blood estrodiol and INH-B, the quality of oocyte and harmony of HPOA.
