Objective: To observe the osteogenic activity of Bio-oss-FG,Bio-oss-FG-BMP,Bio-oss-FG-ADM. Methods: Bio-oss-FG,FG,Bio-oss,Bio-oss-FG-BMP,Bio-oss-FG-ADM were implanted into dog mandible bone defects. To compare the proportion of new bone. Results: Fibrin glue reduce the new bone growth rate. Bio-oss-FG-BMP can accelerate the osteogenic speed at early stage(4,8 weeks), but can not do it at later stage. Bio-oss-FG-ADM can raised the amount of the new bone tissue, and this infection can continue 12 weeks. Conclusion can be induced that BMP can speed at early stage(4,8 weeks), but the osteogenic activity of Bio-oss-FG–ADM group was excellent at later stage. Conclusion: Fibrin glue can reduce the new bone growth rate, BMP and GBR can raise the amount of the new bone tissue.
