As a typical member of noninvasive or microinvasive cosmesis, photorejuvenation has been developed actively in recent years. However, the shortage of knowledge in the mechanisms restrained the further use of photorejuvenation. Hence, we observed photorejuvenation systematically and did some animal experiments to explain the partial mechanism and facilitate the practice.Objectives:(1) To evaluate the efficacy of the photorejuvenation device which was used.(2) To search the reference standard of efficient photorejuvenation and exam the hold time of the effect.(3) To observe the change of integrinβ1 in photorejuvenation and study its role in collagen hyperplasy.Methods:(1) Choosing 20 pigment patch patients,20 scabriculous patients,20 telangiectasis patients, all of them have a course of photorejuvenation treatment. At the end time the effect was recorded.(2) We treated rabbits with intense pulsed light(IPL) in different energe, then studied the efficient energe and the hold time of the effect.(3) We actualized integrinβ1 immunohistochemical stains on the specimen with collagen hyperplasy to observe its changes.Results:(1) The clinical effective rate was as follows: pigment patch 75%,scabriculou 80%,telangiectasis 95%. There is significant deviation between three groups in statistic.(2) 3±0.67 times 34J/cm2 IPL shots can cause collagen hyperplasy in average . 2.6±0.52 times 34J/cm2 IPL shots can cause erythematous responseapud in average . There is no significant deviation between two groups in statistic. (3) After 3 months of the effective treatment, we can still find the collagen hyperplasy on the specimen.(4) The efficient photorejuvenation can promote the expression of integrinβ1 in skin blood vessel endoththelium cell,hair follicle cell,epidermic cell strongly.Conclusion:(1) The energy of light spot for treating pigment patch is more than that for treating scabriculous and telangiectasis .(2) The erythematous responseapud can be taken as a reference standard in practice.(3)The effect of photorejuvenation can be kept more than 3 months.(4) The efficient photorejuvenation can make the skin blood vessel endoththelium cell,hair follicle cell,epidermic cell secrete more biological factors,which promoted the near fibroblasts to synthesis the collagen protein.
