The Assessment Of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray's Clinic Effect And The Amelioration Of Sleeping For The Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: observe and evaluate the efficacy and safty of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on the allergic rhinitis by 200 ug once a day,for 28days.Method: In this multiple-center,open study,first we will evaluate severity of the AR syptom and the sleeping conditions of the patients involved in this study. Then they will be given Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray 200ug in each nasal cavity,once a day, for 28days.they are request to reture on the 8^th, 15^th 29^th days for evaluation.Result: we enrolled 500 patients from all the centers and the pp crowd is 463 patients. the efficacy analysis showed(pp crowd):the severity of the AR syptom is lightened at the return of 8^th, 15^th and 29^th days,and the value has significant meaning(p<0.0001).the effect of the AR disease on the daily life and sleeping is decrease, and the value has significant meaning(p<0.0001).the quality of sleeping is also improved, and the value has significant meaning(p<0.0001).the incidence of adverse events is 5.60%,the drug-related adverse events is 5.40%.These syptoms contain: hemorrhagia nasalis,burning sensation and dryness in the nasal cavity and so on. .no serious adverse events happened. Conlusion: the study shows Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray is effective for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and the improvement of their sleeping.besides it provides favorable safety profile and is well tolerated.
