The technique of radio frequency identification is a kind of automatic identification technology, rising and mushrooming since 1990s. It is a new radio frequency technology combined with IC card technique,which realizes non-contact intercommunication with RF for identification and data exchange.Compared with common magcard and IC card technique, RFID technology has following advantages: it is more adaptable to environment, and can be used under wicked conditions. Meanwhile, it has better data exchange rate, higher security and stronger anti-interfere capability. Especially, it solved two problems: how to work non-contactly and without power supply. The technology has been widely used in many fields, such as industrial automatization, guarded entrance system, financial business, storage management and traffic control. In order to keep up with informationization of society, the research of RFID is advancing rapidly. The developed countries and regions leaded by America, Japan and Europe are actively attempting to achieve the standardization of RFID technology throughout the world. In many countries, RFID technique is being used in martial domain to enhancing roboticized level and battle effectiveness of army.In the new martial reform, the logistic supported ability of our army is heightened continuously. In order to adapt the appeal, our army is seeking scientific methods for logistic material management. Using RFID technology in logistic material management is an effective approach.As one important aspect of logistic support, undertakes the tasks of performing medical readiness support has a very significant status. Meanwhile, as a tache of medical readiness support, medical equipment management plays an important role in advancing the ability of medical readiness support.By using RFID technology in medical equipment management, we can improve managing efficiency and realize dynamic management of medical equipment information.Main work in this thesis:1. According to the appeal of Identification and Management System for Medical Equipment, I selected the RF card,RF read/write module and Singlechip, and designed hardware circuit of the system.2. I compiled controlling programs for read/write implement based on Singlechip; under Delphi environment, using ADO technique, I empoldered the data-base and database management program for Identification and Management System for Medical Equipment.Main innovative aspect in this thesis:Using RFID technology in military medical equipment management.
