The effective-part of Danshen was studied in this article. The extractingtechnical of liposoluble(total tanshinones) and hydrosoluble(total salvianolicacid)part of Danshen were carried out with orthogonal test, and the technicalwere conformed, then the two effective-parts were produced. The content oftotal tanshinones and total salvianolic acid could reach above 50%.Orthogonal design was used for studying the effect of 4 factors(alcoholdensity, alcohol volume, time and times) to extracting technical of liposoluble partofDanshen, with the extracting percentage of tanshinoneⅡA and total tanshinonesas evaluation indexes to optimize the extracting technical of liposoluble part ofDanshen.The best technical was adding 7 times 90% alcohol refluxing for 3imes,1.5hour.The refining technical was added 2 times water to percolate whichwas concentrated when its comparative density is 0.8 at 60℃, and the concentratewas dried with a low pressure at 60℃,then, Using L9(34) the orthogonal design,and taking the content of total tanshinones as indexes to optimize thepurification conditions of total tanshinones from crude extract were optimized, theoptimal technical process for purification of total tanshinones was as follows: 15volumes of 8% sodium carbonate solution, washing 5 times and each time stirringfor 5min. The optimal technical process for extraction and purification of totaltanshinones is practical in industrial production.Orthogonal design was also used for studying the effect of 3 factors (watervolume, time and times) to extracting technical of hydrosoluble part of Danshen,with the extracting percentage of total salvianolic acid as indexes to optimize theextracting technical of hydrosoluble part of Danshen. The best technical wasadding 8 times water refluxing for 3 times, 1.5 hour each time. The refiningtechnical was as follows: making the percolate mixed to D101 macroporousadsorbing resin, washing the mixture with 2 times water and 3 times 60% alcoholvolume of macroporous adsorbing resin respectively, reclaiming alcohol from thewashed alcohol, and the concentrate was dried with a low pressure at 60℃. Theoptimal technical process for extraction and purification of total salvianolic acidand total tanshinones are practical in industrial production.The content of tanshinoneⅡA was determined by HPLC and the effect oftemperature on the stability of total tanshinones was detected by classic isothermalaccelerated tests .to predict its expiration dates. The expiration dates of totaltanshinones detected by classic isothermal accelerated tests , the result was 471days.
