In the review of this thesis, the basic principles, characteristics and the applications of flow injection analysis and chemiluminescence analysis are briefly introduced. The flow injection chemiluminescence analysis(FIA-CL) is becoming more and more popular owing to its simple instrumentation, convenient and flexible operation, ,simplicity, rapidity, high sensitivity and wide dynamic range.New flow injection chemiluminescence methods coupled with immobilized reagents techniques were built for the determination of nitrendipine, itopride hydrochloride and bilirubin in human serum. The research section includes three subsection as following:1. A new flow injection Chemiluminescence(CL) method for the determination of nitrendipine based on the reaction of luminol with potassium hexacyanoferrate(Ⅲ) in alkaline solution could be strongly suppressed by nitrendipine. The linear relationship between the intensity of CL decreased and the concentration of nitrendipine was in the range of o.1-100 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.02 mg/L(3σ) .The relative standard deviation(n=11) was 3.2% for 10mg/L nitrendipine.2. A sensitive Chemiluminescence sensor for Itopride Hydrochloride combined with flow-injection technology is described. The analytical reagents involved in the CL reaction, including luminal and potassium ferficyanide, were both immobilized on an anion-exchange resin column. While a volume of sodium phosphate was passed through the column, the two CL reagents were eluted from the resin and then mixed with a Itopride Hydrochloride stream under alkaline conditions. The whole process, including sampling and washing ,could be completed in 45s.It offers advantages in instrumental simplification, high sensitivity and reducing reagent consumption.3. A new chemiluminescence combined with flow injection analysis method has been developed on the basis of coupling the reaction of sodium vanadate and bilirubin with H2O2 and luminal determination of bilirubin in human serum .The recoveries of bilirubin were found to fall in the range between 97.5%~103%.The detection limits(S/N=3) for direct bilirubin and total bilirubin were determined to be 2.7×10-9 mol·L-1 and 2.9×0-9 mol·L-1,respectively. The relative standard deviations(R.S.D.) for the consecutive CL detection of a series of direct bilirubin(3.5×10-2μmolL-1) and total bilirubin(3.5×10-2μmolL-1) were 1.8% and 1.6%(n=7),respectively. The method is single, rapid,, stable and high sensitivity. It has a wider linear range and an ability to interference of hemolysis and lipemia.Good agreements were obtained for the determination of bilirubin in human serum between the present approach and an established clinical method.
