Objective : To study the clinical characteristics, treatment plan, prognosis and serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels of guillain-barre syndrome(GBS),and analyze the relevant data, providing clinical experience and new diagnosis and treatment directions for the regional diagnosis and treatment of GBS.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect 80 patients and 100 healthy controls diagnosed as GBS from the second hospital of jilin university from January 2012 to September 2019 who met the admission criteria and were discharged as subjects, respectively as the experimental group and the control group.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation.T test was used for the comparison between the measurement data sets.X2 test was used for comparison between the count data sets, and spearman correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis.Multiple linear regression analysis.P=0.05 was used as the statistical test standard, and P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.A total of 80 GBS patients were included in the experimental group, including 53 males(66.25%)and 27 females(33.75%).There were 20 cases(25%)in spring,22 cases(27.5%)in summer,24 cases(30%)in autumn and14 cases(17.5%)in winter. Before the disease, there were 24 cases(30%)of upper respiratory tract infection,14 cases(17.5%)of diarrhea,4cases(5%)of trauma and surgery,1 case(1.25%)of vaccination,1 case(1.25%)of blood transfusion,3 cases(3.75%)of ganglioside administration, and 33 cases(41.25%)of no obvious inducement. There were 72 cases(90%)of limb muscle strength change,40 cases(50%)of sensory impairment,17 cases(21.25%)of cranial nerve damage, and 13 cases(16.25%)of respiratory muscle involvement.2.The sample size of the experimental group was 80,and that of the control group was 100.Independent sample t test was used for age comparison between the two groups, and p > was 0.05.The age difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.X2 test was used for gender comparison between the two groups, and p > was 0.05.There was no statistically significant gender difference between the two groups. The independent sample t test was used to compare the serum levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin between the two groups,p < 0.001.The serum levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the two groups were statistically significant, and the serum levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. The serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs CRP)level of the two groups was tested by independent sample t test,p < 0.05,the difference of serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs CRP)level between the two groups was statistically significant, and the serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs CRP)level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartic aminotransferase(AST)levels of the two groups were compared by independent sample t test(p >,0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartic aminotransferase(AST)levels between the two groups.Spearman correlation analysis: Hughes score was negatively correlated with serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels(r =-0.609,P < 0.001).R =-0.45,P < 0.001;R=-0.606,P < 0.001).Multiple linear regression: age, level of serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin in serum and serum indirect bilirubin level influence on Hughes scores have statistical significance(p < 0.05),serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin level and negatively correlation with Hughes scores,Hughes scores were positively associated with age. Conclusion :(1)The proportion of male patients with GBS is higher than that of female patients, and the incidence of GBS is more in autumn, the prodromal symptoms are more common in respiratory tract infection, and the clinical manifestations are more common in limb weakness.(2)The serum levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in GBS patients are low and negatively correlated with the severity of the disease, that is,the more severe the disease is in GBS patients, the lower the serum bilirubin level will be.(3)The age of GBS patients was positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
