Study On Survey And Countermeasures Of Critical Thinking Dispositions On Undergraduate Nursing Students In JiLin Province

Goal:Nurses'working is based on patients. Critical thinking is the most important thing in training nurses. There are two important points about critical thinking: critical thinking technology and critical thinking disposition. For analyzing and enhancing the survey of critical thinking of nursing students in our country, I did this research.Methods:Researching 5 Universities in JiLin province which have nursing students: A B C D E. These students were all going to practice after several month. For example, University A have 5 grades, the 4th grades was be surveyed. The sum of my investigation is 400.In this investigation, I make use of a questionare named CTDI-CV( Critical Thinking of Disposition Inventary Chinese Version). This questionare is provided by the engineering university of Hongkong.α=0.90.The questionare contains 7characteristics of a critical thinking. I test an overall score on one's critical thinking disposition, and the seven sub-scales. The seven sub-scales for each test taker are: truth-seeking, open-mindedness, analyticity, systematicity, CT-Confidence, Inquisitiveness and Cognitively Mature. It's contains 70 questions. 30 questions are positive and 40 questions are negtive. The scale of a question is 1~6(Likert 6 scales measure). The over scale is 420 and each seven sub-scales are 60.Giving questionares and recycle them scene. Using SPSS13.0 for statistics. Taking describe statistics, T test and ANOVO analyze.Conclusion:Total scales of Critical thinking disposition of nursing students in Jilin province is 282.96±28.58. Except analyticity, other six sub-scales are different through ANOVO analyze. After T-test, the scores of 5 years schools are higher than 4 years schools.Suggestion:1. Training critical thinking of nursing teachers.2. Enhancing improving of courses.3. Constructing multivariant calture of campus.4. Methods of emproving CT of nursing students in education.
