Experience Of Laparoscopic Treatment For Colorectal Neoplasma

Objective: To investigate the value of the preoperative appraisal. And discuss the operative experience of the laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal carcinoma.Methods: Sixty patients with colorectal cancer from April 2006 to April 2008 were underwent laparoscopic operation. The rate of conformity, operating time, blood loss, the rate of conversion, recurrence and mortality were compared.Results: The rate of conformity was 91.7%.The operating time was 165min±54min, the blood loss was 82ml±34ml, the number of lymphnodes harvesting was 20.1±7.3.The conversion decreased from 3 cases in the former to 1 case in the later.Conclusion:The preoperative appraisal made the case for laparoscopic operation more suitable.The indication was wider in the later than in the former.
