The aim of the test is to demonstrate the good influence that the exercise prescription intervenes the metabolism of glucose of the patients with Type II Diabetes and to observe the effect of treatments after the patients take the prescription . From the research, we may spread the prescription and offer a way to prevent, control and cure diabetes.Method: Take 21 patients with Type II Diabetes, in which there are 10 male, 5 in exercise team and 5 in comparison team, and 11 female, 5 in exercise team and 6 in comparison team. According to their own exercise prescriptions, subjects in the two exercise teams do excises for 10 weeks. While subjects in two comparison teams do as they usually do. After the test, measure the percentage of fasting blood sugar, HDL-C, LDL-C, TC, TG and body fat of the subjects before and after the test respectively, so that we can compare the status in and between the teams. Furthermore, we can approach the effect of the prescription works on the blood sugar and the metabolism of glucose of the patients.Result: After the test, the percentage of fasting blood sugar of subjects in exercise teams is significantly different from those before the test(PO.Ol). While there's no notable difference in comparison teams(P>0.05). TC, LDL-C and TG of subjects in exercise teams decrease significantly. Among them, LDL-C of two teams, TC of male team and TG of female team are comparatively different from those before the test (P<0.05); TC of female team and TG of male team are comparatively different from those before the test (P<0.01). But the blood lipids' index of subjects in comparison teams aren't significantly different(P>0.05). The HDL-C of all the subjects isn't significantly different before and after the test(P>0.05). The percentage of the metabolism of glucose of subjects in exercise teams is significantly different(P<0.05), but that of subjects in comparison teams stays normal (P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1. The exercise prescription used in the test is effective, and the subjects take part in the activity in high spirits. 2. After the test, the blood sugar lever of subjects in exercise teams decreased significantly. It shows that the prescription can control and decrease the blood sugar level of the patients with Type II Diabetes effectively. 3. TC, LDL-C and TG of subjects in exercise teams decrease significantly after the test and HDL-C level stays normal. The results show that the prescription to subjects in exercise teams can control and decrease the blood lipids level of the patients with Type II Diabetes effectively. 4. After the experiment, the percentage of the metabolism of glucose of subjects in exercise teams decreased. It shows that the prescription can have good influences on the patients with Type II Diabetes.
