Objective: Use of Chinese medicine treatment of hyperuricemia observed before and after treatment with the changes in the research on Chinese patients with hyperuricemia the efficacy and impact of this on traditional Chinese medicine on patients with hyperuricemia mechanism and the role of the clinical application of value. Methods: 76 patients with hyperuricemia patients were randomly divided into treatment group (41 cases) and the control group (35 cases), the control group was the control group, treatment group with the decoction CHM (Xiezhuo Tongbi side) Observation of 90 days. Results: The two groups after treatment than before treatment serum uric acid are markedly improved, and the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group, 85.37 percent of the 65.36 percent higher, the difference was significant (P<0.05) significantly the efficiency of the treatment group (39.02%) higher (11.43%) (P<0.05).
