| Objective:In order to assure the clinical curative effect of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) through the cooperation of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, observing the variation of TCM syndrome, ECG and serum fibrinogen before and after treatment in patients of "Tan Yu Hu Jie" syndrome via the treatment on the principle of "Wen Tong Hua Zhuo".Methods:60 patients diagnosed of UAP and the syndrome of "Tan Yu Hu Jie" from the fourth department of cardiology of First Affiliated Hospital to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this clinical study. They were randomly grouped into Group A(treatment) and Group B(control) that Group A accepts the Chinese medicine and western basic treatment and Group B accepts western basic treatment only. Treatment for 2 weeks is a course. We observe the variation of integral of TCM syndrome, ECG and serum fibrinogen. SPSS 19.0 software was applied for statistical treatment.Result:1.Group A is superior than Group B on the aspect of effective rate of TCM syndrome (p<0.05). Group A is superior than Group B on the aspect of integral of TCM syndrome (p<0.05).2.Here is no difference between Group A and Group B statistically on ECG (p>0.05). But Group A is superior than Group B on the effective rate.3.The serum fibrinogen after treatment was lower than it before treatment in both groups. Group A is superior than Group B on the serum fibrinogen after treatment.Conclusion:1. The treatment of "Wen Tong Hua Zhuo" cooperated with western basic medicine is able to improve UAP of "Tan Yu Hu Jie" syndrome on TCM syndrome.2. The treatment of "Wen Tong Hua Zhuo" cooperated with western basic medicine is able to improve UAP of "Tan Yu Hu Jie" syndrome on ECG.3. The treatment of "Wen Tong Hua Zhuo" cooperated with western basic medicine is able to improve UAP of "Tan Yu Hu Jie" syndrome on serum fibrinogen. |
