Objective To observe the different gender, age, national organization of a type of nasal polyps (NP), the histopathologic features, focusing on eosinophils (EOS) and neutrophils (NEU) and the distribution of infiltration, and explore the NP Pathogenesis. Methods Conventional HE staining of 910 cases (910) NP pathological observation NP slice the pathological type and EOS, NEU infiltration, and counting, grouping and statistical description. Results①NP 910 cases in men accounted for 61.98 percent, women accounted for 38.02 percent;②NP patients aged more concentrated in the 21-year-old to 60-year-old;③Uygur national minorityis is more of a type of edema (86.79%) than the Han Nationality edema composition: ( 77.87%);④EOS positive rate (48.4%) is higher than NEU (27.5%), the positive rate;⑤EOS and NEU are more concentrated in the skin, subcutaneous NP on the active inflammatory response;⑥maxillary sinus polyp and antrochoanal poly NEU are more infiltration EOS in the invasion. Conclusions①EOS and NEU NP participation in the occurrence and development of inflammation, the EOS NEU positive rate higher than the positive rate;②NP active inflammatory response in the skin, the growth may NP began in cortex;③the pathogenesis of maxillary sinus polyp and antrochoanal poly may be different from the ordinary.④Between the different nationality the NP histology characteristic possibly has the difference.
