Objective:Analyzing its particularity performance of two-dimensional and Color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) between renal transplantation function stability period and acute rejection period,in order to get valuable index of acute rejection of renal transplatation.Metheds:38 patients after percutaneous needle biopsy were be listed case group and 101 patients were control group after follow-up survey(one year).The results (length,width,thickness,cortex thickness,blood velocities) of two groups after B-mode and Color Doppler flow imaging examination carried on statistics analysis.then calculating specificity,sensitivity,misdiagnosis rate,rate of missed diagnosis,positive likelihood ratio,yord's index,coincidence rate,positivev predicitive value,negtive predicitive value.Estimating the reliability,facticity and profity.diagnositic test Results: The 2-D images(length,breadth and thickness) of acute rejection period patients were arger to those of the normal group,and cortex thickness became thicker than nomal group (P<0.001).In the acute rejection group:Marginal blood vessels in renal cortexwere lesser. The blood velocity was decreased only at the diastolic phase.Pulsation index(PI) and resistance index(RI) were higher than those of the normal(P<0.001).A basis for judgment is renal size,renal pyramids,RI<0.7,RI≥0.7及RI≥0.8,then the specificity is 71.3%,87.1%,25.7%,74.2%,98.2%,the sensitivity is 55.3%,55.2%,42.1%,57.9%, 31.6%.Conclusion:renal transplatation size,renl pyramids and RI is more specific index for acute rejection of renal transplantation.
