Objective:to Observe the expression of the injury of oleic acid on liver tissue IL-1,IL-10;to discuss the the relevance of Oleic acid on the occurrence of ARDS caused by inflammatory mediators and the liver injury and to provide experimental basis on further control the secondary by ARDS and MODS.Methods:sixteen healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,OA6h group. The oleic acid was adopted to build ARDS model in OA6h group from caudal vein(0.15mg/kg),control group was injected normal sodium(0.15mg/kg) from caudal vein.six hours later,we should open these rats and find abdominal aortic to sample blood, remove their livers, do morphological analysis for rat liver tissues of each group, detect the IL-1 and IL-10 content in liver tissue and serum and use the Automatic Biochemical Analyzer to detect the changes of liver function:Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartic acid aminotransferase(AST) and the Bilirubin(TB).Results:Compared with control group,W/D and liver function of OA6h group increased. The content of IL-1 and IL-10 protein in blood plasma and the liver increased compared with control group. The expression of IL-1 and IL-10mRNA in the liver increased compared with control group. Conclusions:Functional disturbance of liver may take place during ARDS by oleic acid, the expression of IL-1 and IL-10 was increased in gene and protein level,IL-1 and IL-10 may play a role in the function disturbance of the liver during ARDS.
