Expression Of TNF-α,IL-10mRNA And Prontein In The Kidney Experimental ARDS Rats By Oleic Acid

Objective:To observe the change of TNF-α,IL-10mRNA and protein expression in the kidney of rat during ARDS by oleic acid.Methods:sixteen healthy Wister rats were randomly divided into control group,OA6h groups.The oleic acid was adopted to build ARDS model in OA groups from caudal vein,control group was injected normal sodium from caudal vein.Kidney function was detected,The W/D of lung was measured.TNF-α, IL-10mRNA expression in the kidney of OA and control group were detected by RT-PCR, TNF-α,IL-10 protein expression in the kidney and blood of each group were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared with control group,W/D and kidney function of OA group increased.TNF-α,IL-10mRNA expression in the kidney increased TNF-αprotein expression in blood plasma and the kidney increased,IL-10 protein expression in blood serum and the kidney increased.Conclusions:Functional disturbance of kidney may took place during experimental ARDS by oleic acid,the expression of TNF-αwas increased in gene and protein level,the expression of IL-10 was increased in gene and protein level also.TNF-αand IL-10 may ply a role in the function disturbance of the kidney during experimental ARDS by oleic acid.
