Objectives:To study the related factors of hyperuricemia, Through 24h dietary survey and related nutrients to analysis the relationship of hyperuricemia with related cytokine. Methods:The 410 samples were collected from January to July 2007 in the affiliated Chinese medicine hospital to collect the venous blood on an empty stomach, measured and calculated the indexes including height, body weigh, waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(HC),waist-to-height ratio(WHTR),waist-to-hipratio(WHR),BMI,blood pressure and analyze for SUA,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,VLDL-C, to use ELISA to detect the serum Leptin,Adiponectin,Resistin. Results: 1) The indexes, SUA,CREA,TG,VLDL-C and body weight,BMI,WHR,WHTR, were increased and HDL-C had decreased trend between hyperuricemia and normal group. There are positive correlation on SUA with SBP,body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference,BMI,WHR,WHTR,BUN,CREA,TG,VLDL-C and negative correlation on SUA with HDL-C.The obesity and blood pressure are effect factors to urice acid.2)24h dietary survey show that energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, cholesterin, natrium, iron, selenium,Vit E were increased and dietary fiber had decreased trend between hyperuricemia and normal group.3)There are positive correlation on Leptin with SBP,DBP,BMI,WHTR,Adiponectin had negative correlation with SBP.Leptin had influenced SUA,BMI and blood pressure. Conclusions: 1)There may be the same foundation among hyperuricemia, obesity and metabolic disorder.2)The sufferer of high uric acid level should eat reasonable and balance the every nutrients.3)Leptin,Adiponectin and Resistin are participate with metabolic disorder and correlated with some indexes of metabolism syndrome.
