The Significance Of The Expression Of P15 And Microvesel Density In Hepatocellular Carcinoma And Pericarcinomatous Tissues

ObjecitiveTo explore the clinical significance of different expression of p15 and microvessel density(MVD) in hepatocellular carcinoma and pericarcinomatous tissues. MethodsThe expression of p15 and MVD in 30 paraffin section preparatios of hepatocellular carcinoma was studied with immunohistochemical technique. To investigate the expression of p15 and MVD in hepatocellular carcinoma and pericarcinomatous tissues and its role in the process of tumorigenesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. Choosing autospecific specimens as negative control group. The knowed positive section of P15 in breast cancer and MVD in hematolymphangioma were used to be positive control groups in the dyeing process of P15 and MVD. The data were analyzed by X2 test,variance analysis and exact propability.Results1.The expression of p15 has a close correlation with the cell differentiation of HCC,in the pathograde ,compared with I,ⅡandⅢ,there had a significant difference(P<0.05),indicateing that the more pathograde.the more deletion of p15,the more vicious degree of HCC.2. The expression of p15 has a close correlation with the clinicalstage of HCC,there has a a significance difference between T1,T2 and T3,T4,(P<0.05),companioned with portal vein cancer embolus,the infiltration of lymph node or distant metastasis, the expression of p15 was significantly degrade.3.The expression of MVD in pathogradeⅠ～Ⅳof HCC was gradually rise.comparedⅡ～Iv and pericarcinomatous tissues.there had a significant difference (P<0.05)4.when the expression of p15 protein was higher,there had a low expression of MVD in HCC and pericarcinomatous tissues. (P﹤0.01)Conclusion 1.The visiblly deletion expression of p15 protein expression was found in hepatocellular carcinoma ,it had a close relationship between cell differentiation and clinicalstage,supported that p15 maybe anti-oncogene in HCC.2.In HCC ,when cancer cell differentiation is higher ,the expression of MVD was also higher , supported that MVD had a correlation with the invasion of HCC.3.when the expression of p15 protein is higher,there has a low expression of MVD in HCC and pericarcinomatous tissues. supported that gene deletion of p15 may have a a correlation with the aversion of HCC.
