Objective:To analysis the risk factors of restenosis after coronary stenting and the reason of chest pain.Method: Twenty-eight patients with chest pain after coronary stenting were classified into restenosis group(n=15) and non-restenosis group(n=13) by angiography after coronary stent placement. Relationship between restenosis and some clinical factors was studied using univariate and multivariateanalysis.Result:Logistic regression analysis revealed that stent restenosis correlated positively with serum total cholestole(P<0.05)and Lp(a)(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chest pain after stenting indicates possible restenosis.Studies show that lowering-lipid treatment typically reduces relative risk of restenosis after coronary stenting.
