Extraction, Isolation And Screen Of Active Constituents In Anthriscus Sylvestris

Anthriscus sylvestris (Linn.) Hoffm, locally called "jinshantianqi",is biennial or perennial herbaceous plant which belongs to the Anthriscus (Pers.) Hoffm family. Anthriscus sylvestris (Linn.) is sweet in nature,crid flavor and slight bitter. It can warm the middle warmer, remove food stagnation. It has long been used the treatment of fracture, weakness, spontaneous perspiration, cough due to deficiency of the hung,splenasthenic abdominai distention,general fatigue and so on. The research about Anthriscus sylvestris (Linn.) Hoffm is so few, We first systematically study on Anthriscus sylvestris (Linn.) Hoffm,lt is advantageous to explore resources of this medicinal plant.The chemical components in Anthriscus sylvestris (Linn. ) Hoffm were extracted and separated by the technique of solvent-refining, first, Anthriscus sylvestris (Linn.) Hoffm was extracted with 60 % EtOH,than the extract was partitioned with petroleum ether,CHCI3, EtoAc, n-BuOH to give four different polar positions. The Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf and four different polar positions have been applied to diarrhea of mouse model suffered from spleen deficiency after taking Rhubaeb. The variation of index in mouse has been observed, such as: general symptom, the change of bodyweight, swimming time, spleen and thymus gland weight and the rate of carbon powder propused. Through the above pharmacological experiments, We selected the active polar component.The two positions were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Five compounds have been isolated from Anthriscus sylvestris (Linn.)Hoffm, two compounds were identified by ¹H - NMR,¹³C - NMR,TLC,LC-MS etc.They areβ-sitosterol and Anthricin.In addition, We analyzed and summarized the progress Anthriscus (Pers.) Hoffm family on its chemical components and pharmacological effects.
