Transgression and the intracranial venous sinus meningioma and convex brain, skull base brain or meninges, such as indoor compared to surgery are unique.Intracranial venous system to deal with the bleeding artery bleeding different approach. This paper reviews of the First Hospital of Jilin University in neurosurgery using microsurgery for the invasion and the intracranial venous sinus meningioma 228 cases of the clinical data,on the patient's clinical presentation, imaging examinations, surgery and postoperative results are summed up.The group of 228 cases, 105 cases of male, 123 cases of women, the age 13 to 76 years old, the average 46-year-old.Clinical manifestations and symptoms of increased intracranial pressure caused by partial tumor symptoms.Which parasagittal meningioma patients 98 cases,Tentorium including erosion transverse sinus meningioma, the sinus straight sinus and 63 cases of meningi- omas,Erosion sigmoid sinus meningioma 24 cases,34 cases of the cavernous sinus meningioma erosion. All patients were CT and MRI examinations, preoperative MRV inspection of the 8 cases, 7 cases of DSA examinations. All of the patients were under general anesth- esia in microsurgical technique to remove the tumor, according to different sites and sinus venous sinus involvement and the degree of treated accordingly. The results showed that:Simpson meningioma resection by the grading standards, gradeâ… with 93 cases, 102 cases with gradeâ…¡,â…¢class with 14 cases,â…£with 19 cases.94 patients received post- operative patients followed up for 6 months-4 years, the recurrence 7 cases, gradeâ… ,â…¡, with no recurrence.Through this group of cases we have concluded the following conclusions:(1)For intracranial meningiomas should actively take surgery, MRI examination as a routine examination, angiography for the invasion and sinus meningioma significant;(2)Pay attention to control of bleeding, the separation of tumor resection surgery in the operation should be under the microscope strictly according arachnoid interface.Resection of the tumor to tumor basement and severed artery to reduce surgical bleeding, a tumor resection first, and gradually block removal of the tumor;(3)On the sinus treatment should be based on the growth of tumor location and tumor with sinus wall to determine the degree of adhesion,in principle, to try to avoid surgery sinus damage. We stand on the invasion and sinus meningioma should be protected as far as possible in the blood vessels, reduce damage to nerve function under the premise, compl- ete resection of tumor invasion, or may have been hit subdural, skull, sinus and brain tissue, to achieve complete resection of tumor Simpsonâ… ,â…¡.Total removal of the tumor can not be after radioth- erapy, follow-up MRI annual review.
